Love or hate Chef Dan Barber, he does a lot to shift culture. With the once-humble pantry staple of tinned fish becoming the it appetizer (thanks to Fishwife and their graphic design gods), it seems Barber saw an opportunity to step in with a more sustainable option: plants. Row 7’s new tinned veggies are as delicious as their packaging lets on, especially the tomatoes.
